These Terms of Service govern your use of the OTA Radar platform. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using OTA Radar services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform, or have parental/guardian consent where required by law.
2. Services
OTA Radar provides the following services to hotel businesses: - OTA visibility analysis and scoring - Competitor comparison and performance tracking - Rate parity monitoring - Opportunity detection and action recommendations - Analytics and reporting tools We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
When creating and using your account: - You agree to provide accurate and current information - You are responsible for your account security - You must keep your password confidential and not share it - You are responsible for all activities on your account - You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Usage Rules
When using our platform, you must: - Not use it for illegal purposes - Not violate other users' rights - Not share misleading or false information - Not compromise platform security - Not use automated data collection tools - Not reverse engineer or extract source code
5. Intellectual Property
The OTA Radar brand, logo, software, and content belong to our company and are protected by copyright. The license granted to you is limited, revocable, and non-transferable for personal and non-commercial use. You need written permission to copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes.
6. Payment Terms
For our paid services: - Prices are listed on our pricing page - Payments are billed monthly or annually - Auto-renewal is active and continues unless canceled - Refund policy: Full refund guaranteed within the first 14 days - Price changes take effect from the next billing cycle
7. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account in the following cases: - Violation of terms of service - Suspicion of illegal activity - Non-payment - Extended inactivity In case of termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
OTA Radar provides its services "as is". We do not accept liability for: - Service interruptions or technical issues - Data loss (we recommend regular backups) - Issues with third-party services - Losses resulting from business decisions Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For significant changes: - You will be notified by email - Changes will take effect after 30 days - If you do not agree to the changes, you can cancel your account Continuing to use the platform means you accept the current terms.
