Ersel Arı

Ersel Arı has a comprehensive career journey spanning from hospitality to tourism technology. After gaining operational experience at Istanbul Marriott Hotel Asia and Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel, he led technical and commercial process management in large-scale projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Bizigo, Pazaramatatil, and Milplus. Through strategic partnerships and solution collaborations with industry leaders, he has made significant contributions to the development of hotel management systems.

Eyüp Bahşi is an experienced technology leader with both domestic and international experience. In addition to his role at mpsMobile.de, he has served as CTO and technology director at Turkey's leading digital platforms including Turkish Airlines Holidays, Bizigo, Pazaramatatil, Tatilsepeti, Çiçeksepeti, and Istanbul.com. Specialized in designing scalable system architectures, developing high-performance platforms, and creating technology strategies, he combines his international and local experiences to lead the digital transformation of the hotel industry.
Pınar Bekoğlu

Pınar Bekoğlu is an operations excellence and commercial success-focused executive with over 16 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality sector. Starting her career at Crown Plaza Istanbul Hotel, Pınar served in management roles in operational and commercial units at Booking.com for 9 years after her experience at Movenpick Hotel Istanbul, playing a critical role in the platform's growth in the Turkish market. She has led product development and commercial success-focused initiatives in strategic projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Pazaramatatil, and Vakıfbank Milplus.
